We found out Honeywell and Blacklines Safety products are our real compititors as they are providing the same level of technology and integration. We understood why these two compined taking the market of 40% together alone due to seamless integration with different sensors and scalability factor to be used in small and big enterprise in same system itself.
We analysed Honeywell and Blacklines safety both dominating in the first quadresnt and providing the best Ease of use and system level platefor in best prices, we are planning to be more towards Ease of use by better customer experience in emergency situations as Innova Solutions have a very good understanding of these sector applications and with the help of Nokia our backbone is very strong in System level plateform.
We catogarsed 3 role based model of the application. instead of persona study we thought role based product makeing is more relatable. as every role have its own responsibilities and problems, thier device are different than other, thier working environment is different.
And in the last we finalised the feature list which we are planning to add in our product.

Now we designs the the web and mobile only for the first MVP. Later we plan to include watch app also.
First we designs for multiple screens and for emergency situations so that we need to make one design system specifically for this project which is mostly derived from the Google material design and slightly modified on the basis of the requirement of the situation.

Designed 400+ web screens and 30+ use-case flows, along with additional mobile application screens tailored for workers, ensuring a comprehensive and user-friendly interface.

Recently, we successfully delivered this solution to a Germany-based railway company specializing in the manufacturing of railway wagons, customizing the product to meet their specific needs at highly competitive market pricing.
We are now expanding into wearable solutions to monitor and support workers through task-specific devices, reinforcing our commitment that every life matters.
